Basic Information
Mentor Deck only collects information to serve the purpose of connecting mentors. You have the right to view and edit your personal profile at any time, and request deletion by emailing help@mentordeck.com. Information is also collected when you schedule a meeting with a mentor, such as the time and agenda. This is shared with the mentor. Additionally, the administrator of your mentor program may view your profile and meeting information. We use encryption to protect your information.
Cookies and Tracking
Mentor Deck uses Google Analytics for usage tracking and information. We do not resell or share this information.
Third-Party Data Usage
Mentor Deck's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Mentor Deck will collect information from Zoom if you choose to connect it including your access token, which allows us to communicate with the Zoom API on your behalf. This information is retained until you close your Mentor Deck account or disconnect Zoom. You may revoke this access any time through your Zoom account settings or using the Disconnect button on your Mentor Deck profile.
